esteemed Mr. Mayor,

Ci ha ammannito salsicce di varie dimensioni e gusti annaffiate da ottimo vino.
Ma - mi creda - tutto ciò non ci rende fiduciosi per un futuro migliore.
Desideriamo ben altro, ossia la soluzione dei veri problemi, vecchi e nuovi, che affliggono il nostro Paese.

1) IMPIANTO DEPURAZIONE: manutenzione straordinaria, messa in sicurezza ed eventuale potenziamento.
2) RETE IDRICA: completamento nuova rete con maglie secondarie e telelettura contatori. Sostituzione dei tratti vetusti irriparabili.
3) SAIA CASTELLO: riarginatura dei tratti necessari, programmazione della pulizia annuale dell'alveo.
4) SAIA CASTELLO; arginatura (inesistente) a monte della SS.113 (progetto esecutivo pronto da alcuni decenni).
5) SAIA CANNITATA: ripristino idonea arginatura a CIELO APERTO fino a mare. Provvisorio idoneo impianto di sollevamento fisso per affrontare i ricorrenti allagamenti.
6) SAIA CANNITATA: construction Cunettone (nonexistent) of rainwater from the mountains above and from the parking areas north and south motorway.
7) Widening of the bridges (all) of the railway line at the total charge compulsory FS (request already made by the Board Bertino).
8) NEW Cunettone construction of the sewage from city streets and private homes. Network provided in the PAF (waterworks and sewer plan) approved by the Regional Planning. First phase approved for 600 million lire (seicentomilioni). Later upgraded to Euro 660,930.52. Who can cure the execution.
9) Completion of road di P.R.G. collegamento Casa Forca - Piazza Luigi Rizzo.
10) Completamento strada della lottizzazione Carini fino Piazza Luigi Rizzo.
11) RISANAMENTO FINANZIARIO mediante recupero crediti (già avviato dal Commissario) ed estinzione dei debiti (vedi relazione dell'uscente Sindaco Carini).
12) Ricerca nuove fonti di alimentazione del civico acquedotto.
13) IMPIANTO FOTOVOLTAICO per i servizi comunali (depuratore, sollevamento acqua potabile, illuminazione vie pubbliche, Scuole ed Uffici).
14) CIMITERO: ampliamento. Completamento e manutenzione CELLE.
15) SENSO UNICO VIA GARIBALDI, realizzando collegamento della SP. 106 con la strada del piano housing development adjacent to already built.

17) Adoption of special regulations to allow public enjoyment of the Park Valley Olivara.
18) TRANSFER OF FAIR August (EXSPO) in the market area.

Solecitare Commissioner to expedite the procedure. (TODAY OBSTRUCTED !!!!!!).
21) Istituzione Organismi di consultazione previsti dall'art. 5 del vigente Statuto Comunale.
22) Regolamento di attuazione per consentire ai Cittadini la proposizione di istanze e petizioni prevista dall'art. 6 dello Statuto Comunale.
23) Regolamento che disciplina l'uso del Referendum previsto dall'art. 9 dello Statuto Comunale.
24) Nomina del Difensore Civico. (ABROGATO)
25) Istituzione DISCARICA CONTROLLATA INERTI.
26) Utilizzazione ex DISCARICA F.S. PER ATTIVITA' COMPATIBILI.
27) Riserva SPAZI PUBBLICI PER CIRCOLAZIONE PEDONI SUI MARCIAPIEDI E/O VIE PUBBLICHE inutilizzabili SOPRATTUTTO DALLE CATEGORIE SVANTAGGIATE.
28) REALIZZAZIONE IMPIANTI SPORTIVI POLIVALENTI.
29) REALIZZAZIONE PIANO INSEDIAMENTI PRODUTTIVI.
30) REALIZZAZIONE PIANO PER L'EDILIZIA ECONOMICA E POPOLARE.
L'elenco continua con la proposizione di altre opere molto AMBIZIOSE ed UTILI per il progresso CIVILE ed ECONOMICO di Oliveri.
E' PERFETTAMENTE INUTILE RIPROPORLE.
Chiunque può verificare quanto è stato realizzato fino ad oggi.
Caro commentatore anonimo, domani le fornirò altre informazioni.
Gradirei, intanto, conoscere quali concreti provvedimenti Lei ha adottato per porre qualche rimedio al suo immediato dichiarato pentimento.-
