after taking the plan of the Cav. Alfano (Annex 2) and having it converted into digital format (raster), was made the vectorization of lines defining the specific area using CAD (AutoCAD 2009 lt).
The overlap of this plan on the Regional Technical Map and orthophotos, appropriately georeferenced and published by the Regional Land and Environment, has made it possible to give the lines scanned the same coordinate system (Gauss-Boaga Roma40-datum).
Adaptation of the plan of the Cav. Alfano, the real situation of places, faithfully reported in the CTR and orthophotomaps was made having regard to the demarcation of the borders of neighboring municipalities and with the topography of the sites (to coincide with roads, buildings, streams, hills, depressions, etc..) (Attachments 3 and 4).

The preparations has also been possible to identify, for each sheet map, the particles that fall within the demesne City Council Oliveri and eliminate all those who were placed outside of this area (Annex 5).
I "cadastral files" as amended, have been transformed into "shape files" with the use of specific software (Global Mapper) to manage them in the SIT.
The result of the mapping operations described above, are represented in the individual maps attached (appendices. 7, 7a, 8, 9 and 10).
Below is the summary list, a separate sheet for each map of land parcels owned property that fall into the street of the town of Oliva (Annex 11). All particles listed
fall to their full extent in the civic-owned property, except:
1) - No particle 36 sheet map 4, which falls in the civic-owned property for an extension of Ha 02.12.70, identified in Annex 7a;
2) - No particle 202, map sheet 4, which falls in the civic-owned property for an extension of Ha 00.81.69, identified in Annex 7a.
Finally it is noted that, within the civic-owned property, as identified above, may fall lands assigned to urban "areas or industrial."
Under paragraph 3 of art. 5 of Regional Law of 23 December 2000, n. 28 lands owned property as a result of civic planning tools, have acquired, at 31 December 1997, the target areas or industrial, can not be gained legitimacy as the available capital city, even if they have been used by individuals as a result of acts of availability.
The Town Council will certify the presence and identification of these areas .-

Praying the Sigg. Technical residents Oliveri (Engineers, Architects and Surveyors), both as concerned citizens and experts, will detect any irregularities in the procedure applied by the expert Demaniale responsible for carrying out the public domain in question.
